Return Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your item.
We've made our Returns and Exchange process quick and painless as we know that returning your items can often be a pain.

Return cost from the US
- Minne Simone does not offer free returns at this time.
We offer a flat subsidized $9.50 return label for all US return shipments. You can purchase this prepaid, trackable shipping label to print and affix to your return package. Drop it off at your local Post Office or Box and we will process it once received at our warehouse. Please ensure any original labels are removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse. Return cost from Other countries
- Minne Simone does not offer free returns at this time.
We suggest you use your country's national postal service as it will usually offer the most cost-effective option for returning your products. For example, using Royal Mail if you are based in the United Kingdom. If you need more advice on how best to ship your return from your country, please contact us here.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Minne Simone hangtags, attached.
- Any products marked 'FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
Exchanges
We'll be happy to help you find the perfect fit through exchanging any items that didn't fit as expected. While some products may be low in stock, if your requested exchange is not available, our Returns Team will be in touch to organize an alternate size, style, color, or will alternatively offer a Gift Card to ensure you can purchase the required design at a later date.
- If you would like us to process a refund or issue a store credit, this is also no problem at all.
Returns Processing
We aim to process all returns within 7 days of delivery to us, providing there are no issues with the return. Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Store credit will be issued via gift card. Exchanges will be automatically processed as a new order and shipped out to you on standard delivery.
Please note, If you have ordered using a gift card and an additional payment method (e.g. debit card), the funds for the returned item(s) will go back onto the gift card first.
